Toxic Release Inventory
The Toxic Release Inventory also known as Community Right to Know and Form R is the centerpiece of the Environmental Protection Agency's information collection activities. Created under the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act or EPCRA Form R is a report that facilities file with the Environmental Protection Agency and state pollution control authorities listing their releases of specified toxic chemicals to the environment. The regulations listing the report requirements are listed in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations in Part 372 (40 CFR 372). The deadline for preparing Form R is July 1, 2009
